Glen D. Roane

Glen is a businessman and corporate director who has served as a director of more than 15 companies since 1997 and who also served two terms as a Member of the Alberta Securities Commission.

He is also currently a director of Crown Capital Partners Inc., and GBC American Growth Fund Inc. Prior to 1997, Glen was employed in the financial services industry with employers including the Toronto Dominion Bank, Lancaster Financial Inc and Burns Fry Limited.

Glen holds a BA and MBA from Queen’s University, in Kingston, Ontario and the ICD.D designation.
