Scot Klingmann

Scot Klingmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as a Technical Services Supervisor at Baffinland since May 2023. Prior to this role, Scot held various managerial positions at Atlantic Gold Corporation, including Mine Manager and Project Manager from June 2018 to June 2023. Scot earned an MBA from the University of Otago between January 2017 and May 2018 and previously worked as a Mine Manager at Baffinland from March 2015 to December 2016. Earlier in Scot's career, positions included Reliability and Operational Excellence Manager and Senior Engineer at JDS Energy and Mining Ltd., as well as Superintendent, Mine Engineering, and Senior Mine Engineer at Gibraltar Mines Ltd. Scot's foundational roles include Field Engineering Team Lead at Albian Sands Energy Inc. and various engineering positions at Modular Mining Systems. Education was received at Queen's University from 1992 to 1999.
