Ferry Chang

Ferry Chang is an experienced Transformation Management Lead at Bapco Refining, with a focus on high-impact transformation programs and strategic project implementation since March 2021. Ferry's expertise encompasses Lean Six Sigma methodologies, program and project management, change management, and analytics. Prior roles include Senior Specialist at OQ, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Manager at the National University of Singapore, and Senior Consultant at Change Et Al., providing consultancy in Lean Six Sigma, change management, and organizational transformation. Ferry has also contributed as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant for Chevron and held various positions in operational excellence and project management across multiple industries. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR).
