Sanjay Kumara Manbol

Sanjay Kumara Manbol is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of HR, Admin, Security, and Projects for Bahwan International Group Holding LLC in the UAE since October 2018, Sanjay oversees HR functions for eight business units, managing over 630 employees. Previously, Sanjay held key positions at General Motors from September 2011 to October 2018, including Deputy General Manager of HR and Admin and Assistant General Manager for Plant HR. Sanjay's earlier roles include Senior Manager and HRBP at GM India Operations, Regional Manager HR at Aviva, and Assistant Manager of HRD at Sahara India Commercial Corporation Limited. Sanjay holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Business School and has considerable expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
