Wenyi Cai

Wenyi Cai is the founder and CEO of Polymath Ventures, a venture studio and VC with offices in Mexico City and Bogotá, since 2012. Additionally, Wenyi serves as a venture partner at BAI Capital supporting investment efforts in Mexico, while also holding founding investor and board positions at multiple companies including Elenas, Aflore, and Tani Salud. Previous experience includes roles as COO at Milo.com, where a significant acquisition by eBay was led, and as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, focusing on various global sectors. Educated at Harvard University, Harvard Kennedy School, and Stanford University, Wenyi holds degrees in Philosophy, Physics, and Master of Business Administration.
