Damon Hill

Damon Hill has a diverse background in construction and engineering, currently serving as Superintendent at Bailey Construction and Consulting LLC since October 2018, with previous roles as Assistant Project Superintendent and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Project Administrator at CDI Contractors, where responsibilities involved reviewing construction submittals and generating RFIs. Earlier in their career, Damon Hill was employed as an Ironworker with Holmes Erection Inc and also with Ironworkers Local 482, where extensive training was completed at an apprentice school and several significant projects were undertaken, including the Darrel K Royal Memorial Stadium Expansion and the GM Arlington Manufacturing Complex.
