Susan Torrance

Susan Torrance, a Chartered FCIPD professional, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Martin Currie since July 2015. In this role, Susan leads the HR team and collaborates with the Executive to implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Prior to this position, Susan held various roles at Martin Currie, including HR Business Partner and Head of HR Operations. Previous experience includes significant HR positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 1999 to 2014, where Susan drove HR capability initiatives, supported strategic people planning, and managed large HR teams and projects. Susan holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and a BA (Honours) in Commerce from Edinburgh Napier University.
