Joe Dimento

Joe DiMento is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Development at Bain Capital Ventures since May 2024, focusing on scaling go-to-market efforts for portfolio founders. DiMento is also an advisor for multiple companies including GovWell, KarmaSuite, Scholarly Software, Pavilion, and Cinelytic, Inc. Prior to these roles, DiMento was an Operating Partner at Fractal Software, where support was provided for the development of vertical SaaS solutions. Additional experience includes serving as a Business Development Advisor at Knightsbridge Park and various leadership positions at Coda, where significant contributions were made to sales, customer success, and product marketing. DiMento previously held the position of Vice President of the Innovation & Performance Commission for the City of Los Angeles. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature from Harvard University.
