Joyce Lau

Joyce Lau is a Vice President at Bain Capital, specializing in healthcare since July 2017, following roles as an Associate and Analyst focusing on healthcare and tech, respectively. Prior experience includes a brief stint in Business Development at Coinbase and serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sprout, previously known as Smart Metals Recycling, where Joyce directed strategic growth and managed profits and losses at a start-up. Joyce is also the Founder and President of The Apple Project, a non-profit that bridges gaps in English education and technology in China, impacting over 500 students across various provinces. Education includes an MPhil in Social and Economic History from the University of Cambridge and a double degree in Math and History from Duke University.
