Ali Badr

Ali Badr is a consultant at Bain & Company, with a progression from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant since August 2019. Prior experience includes a research internship at the MIT Building Technologies Lab, focusing on enhancing thermal comfort in low-income households in Nepal. Ali participated in Project MARS at CESAR - Instituto de Inovação, leading the mechanical team in designing a companion robot. Additional internships include research at the Electrochemical Energy Lab at MIT on semisolid redox flow batteries, work at CERN on electrical wiring, and roles at the Inter Parliamentary Union and UNHCR. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an International Baccalaureate from the American International School in Egypt.
