Grant Lu

Grant Lu is an experienced consultant currently at Bain & Company since October 2020, where roles have included Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate with the Medicaid Innovation Collaborative at Acumen and as a Strategy & Operations Associate at The Bail Project. Previously, Grant Lu contributed as a Policy Researcher at the Texas Center for Justice and Equity and gained global health experience as a Global Health Intern at the Rice 360⁰ Institute for Global Health. Research experience spans from 2015 to 2018 at Alvarez Lab, Rice University, focusing on bacteriophage viruses and antibiotic resistance, resulting in co-authorship of two peer-reviewed papers. Earlier research intern experience includes work at Baylor College of Medicine on aging-related diseases. Grant Lu holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering with a Minor in Global Health Technologies from Rice University.
