Lorene Whitecross

Lorene Whitecross is a seasoned technical program manager and consultant with extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Director and Senior Technical Program Manager at Bain & Company since March 2020, Lorene specializes in delivering innovative API integrated knowledge management platforms and managing generative AI initiatives. Prior roles include Principal Consultant and Managing Partner at Likewise Consulting, where Lorene guided large companies in implementing collaborative technologies; Vice President at BrightStarr, directing senior consultants in SharePoint customizations; and various project management positions focused on SharePoint at companies such as Magenic, Fidelity Investments, AECOM, and ENSR. Lorene holds a BA in Geology and Government from Hamilton College and an MS in Hydrogeology from Florida State University.
