Pooja Ghai

Pooja Ghai is a Senior Project Leader at Bain & Company since July 2022, leading a team to deliver impactful M&A and business strategy solutions for private equity firms, with a focus on sectors such as Financial Services, Energy, ESG, Retail, Consumer, Media, and Technology. Previously, Pooja served as a Project Leader at NatWest Group, working within the global risk advisory team on high net worth transactions and managing risk in lending to large corporates, while also contributing to credit risk analysis and corporate finance activities. Pooja began the career as an Investment Banking Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where the focus was on improving financial operations through automation. Pooja holds an MBA in Banking and Financial Services from the International Management Institute and a BTech in Computer Science Engineering from Amity University.
