Rafael Gonzalo

Rafael Gonzalo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at REEM Partners since May 2023, Rafael also holds the position of Academic Director for Private Equity Executive Programs at IE Business School since December 2000. Rafael is an Investor and member of the Investor Advisory Board at ThirdWay Africa and is involved with Adjuvo Network Limited. Additionally, Rafael is an Angel Investor at COREangels and has a long-standing advisory role with LCM Partners, where responsibilities included Senior Advisor from 2022 to 2024 and Managing Director from 2020 to 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Link Financial Group. Rafael obtained an MBA in Finance from INSEAD and has an educational background in Finance from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
