Currently serving as a Bain External Advisor, Rob Byrd has held significant positions such as Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Eargo, and previously, Assistant General Counsel at DaVita Kidney Care, where operations and corporate compliance were primary responsibilities. At The Advisory Board Company, Rob Byrd contributed as Director of Revenue Cycle Consulting and Management Services and Associate Director of Performance Technologies.
