Sam Kao

Sam (Samantha) Kao is currently a Summer Associate in the Corporate Strategy Service Line at EY-Parthenon, having started in March 2023. From October 2021 to present, Sam has held multiple roles at UConsulting, including Director of Recruitment, Project Manager, and Analyst. Sam also completed an Assistant Agent Internship at Prysm Talent Agency from March to June 2023, and worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Capital One from January to August 2022. Notably, Sam participated in the Summit for Developing Leaders Cohort and served as a Business Development Intern at The Final Round, where impactful contributions included creating tailored podcast questions that contributed to the show's global recognition. Sam is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics at UCLA, with an educational background that includes attendance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and Foothill College.
