Sri Rajan is an Advisory Partner at Bain & Company since January 2024, having previously served as Chairman and Managing Partner for Bain & Company India. Rajan is the founder of Bain & Company India Private Equity Practice and has extensive experience in developing turnaround strategies for diverse firms while collaborating with private equity firms in the US and India. Additionally, Rajan chairs advisory boards for The Udaiti Foundation and ILSS - India Leaders for Social Sector, serves as Vice Chairman for The Akshaya Patra Foundation USA, and holds board memberships with Delhivery and Capella Space. As an angel investor, Rajan has invested in numerous startups across various sectors. Rajan holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
