Clau R. Gómez has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the LATAM region. Currently serving as an HRBP at BairesDev since March 2024, Clau previously held the role of EPAM Anywhere Partner focusing on LATAM recruitment from July 2023 to March 2024. Prior to that, Clau was a Senior Consultant at Freelancer.com from January 2020 to July 2023 and worked as a Business Advisor at Village Capital for a brief period in early 2020. Clau's educational background includes postgraduate degrees from Universidad de Los Andes and Universidad EAN, as well as ongoing studies for a Data Science and Machine Learning Certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute®.
