Ashok Kumar

Ashok Kumar currently serves as the Vertical Head for Large Risks and Technical Head for the West at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Zonal Underwriter for the West Zone and Senior Trading Underwriter at Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited from July 2014 to April 2024, and Manager of Underwriting specializing in Property & Engineering at HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co. Ltd. from February 2011 to June 2014. Ashok Kumar has also held marketing positions, first as Manager of Marketing at SREI Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd from September 2009 to February 2011 and Assistant Manager in Marketing at IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. from April 2006 to September 2009. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering Research & Technology.
