Amol Bhawsar

Amol Bhawsar is a seasoned professional with expertise in supply chain exports and quality assurance, currently serving as a Specialist at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since January 2018. With a solid background in new product introduction and supplier quality management, Amol has successfully executed over 10 projects in product, process, and value engineering improvements. Prior experience includes a role as Supplier Quality Analyst at Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd, where quality procedures were implemented for over 100 parts of the HOSHIKZAKI model, and an internship with Indian Railways. Amol holds a PGDBM in Operations Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University, complemented by a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College.
