Shashi Kumar Mahtha

Shashi Kumar Mahtha is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since February 2022, specializing in R&D validation of various water heaters and home appliances. Previously, Shashi held the position of Senior Engineer at Havells India Ltd, where innovations in dry heat protection systems for water heaters and immersion rods were developed. Prior experience includes working as a Junior Test Engineer at TUV Rheinland India, conducting safety testing according to international and Indian standards, and as a Quality Control Engineer at Omega Group of Companies. Shashi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Globus Engineering College, Bhopal.
