Eric Tis

Eric Tis is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Eric serves as Chief Financial Officer at BakeMark, overseeing financial operations for a leading specialty distributor in North America. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Blue Ribbon Holdings, where responsibilities included investment management in beverage-related businesses. Eric's previous experience includes significant roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Pabst Brewing Company and Vice President of Finance at Vision Internet and Clipper Corporation. Throughout a progressive career in finance, Eric has demonstrated expertise in financial due diligence at The Gores Group and KPMG, as well as investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities.
