Harshvardhan Mehta

Harshvardhan Mehta is a Program Manager at Baker Hughes, where responsibilities include transforming the BH Store eCommerce platform through User Research and leading the development of a UX Governance Model. Currently participating in the ASPIRE Leadership Program, Harshvardhan has undertaken various rotations, including managing data lake migration projects and supporting Robotic Process Automation initiatives that delivered significant cost savings. Harshvardhan's previous experiences include serving as an Office Bearer for the PGP Student Council at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, interning at Johnson & Johnson and EY, and working as a User Interface Designer with Optimus Tech. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and a BTech in Computer Software Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
