Alfonso Cortez Fernandez

Alfonso Cortez Fernandez serves as the Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie Monterrey's Office and Chairs the Mexican Offices Litigation Practice Group. As a Principal Partner in Dispute Resolution, Alfonso is a key member of the Steering Committee for the North America Dispute Resolution Practice Group and oversees the Dispute Resolution Practice in the Monterrey office. With extensive experience in litigation, Alfonso has been with Baker McKenzie since October 1996. Academic credentials include a Licenciado en Derecho from Universidad de Monterrey and diplomas in Legal English, International Business, and European Union Law from distinguished institutions such as Georgetown University, Capital University, and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
