Michael Catalano

Michael Catalano has a diverse legal and managerial background, serving in prominent roles across multiple organizations. At Baker Donelson, Michael holds the position of Of Counsel. Previously, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President & General Counsel at Southern Research. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel at Influence Health, Inc., which was acquired by Healthgrades, and as Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at SilverStaff Clinical Laboratories, now known as MyGenetx. Michael has also functioned as Principal Consultant & Interim Leader at Catalyst. Academically, Michael earned a Doctor of Law degree, magna cum laude, from Samford University and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
