Robert Divine is a seasoned attorney and legal leader, currently serving as a Shareholder at Baker Donelson since December 2006, where Robert chairs the Global Immigration Group and oversees a multi-office team that handles a diverse array of immigration matters for businesses and individuals. Previously, Robert held the position of Vice President at The Association to Invest in USA (IIUSA) from July 2010 to March 2017, influencing policies for regional centers authorized by the U.S. government. Robert's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Counsel and Acting Director at U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services from July 2004 to November 2006, during which Robert managed over 100 lawyers and led significant transformation initiatives within the agency. Robert holds a Doctor of Law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
