Michele Ward is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in law firm recruitment and development. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Baker & Hostetler LLP since July 2019, Michele has previously held key positions at Winston & Strawn LLP for over 13 years, including Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting & Development and Attorney Resources & Recruitment Manager. Additional experience includes roles as Recruiting Manager at Jones Day and Managing Coordinator of Recruiting at Paul Hastings, as well as an assistant position at Bragman Nyman Cafarelli.
