Julie Jenkins

Julie Jenkins is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of People & Culture at BakerRipley since July 2018, Julie plays a vital role in enhancing the organization's reputation as an Employer of Choice through strategic leadership across multiple HR functional areas. Previously, as Managing Principal and Founder of Legna & Associates, LLC, Julie specialized in Human Capital Management initiatives including diversity and inclusion training and change management strategies. Early career roles included positions at Sysco, LyondellBasell, IBM, and The Human Element, Inc., where Julie led significant advancements in talent management, diversity initiatives, and operational effectiveness. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Manhattanville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College.
