Lynne MacZiewski

Lynne Macziewski serves as the Head of School at The Baldwin School since July 2023, following a notable tenure at Girls Preparatory, where Lynne held roles as Associate Head of School and Head of Middle School from July 2017 to July 2023. Prior to that, Lynne worked at The Blake School from August 2002 to June 2017, serving as Assistant Middle School Director, Science Teacher and Advisor, and PK-12 Science Department Chair. Additionally, Lynne was the Couples Ministry Director at Christ the King Lutheran Church from January 2004 to April 2013. Academically, Lynne earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Minnesota (2015-2017) and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Secondary Education from the University of St. Thomas (1998-2005).
