Artur Tomini

Artur Tomini is a seasoned senior investment advisor at BALFIN Group since September 2023 and serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at Neptun International. With nearly two decades at Vodafone Albania culminating as Chief Financial Officer, Tomini led significant financial operations and initiatives including transforming the company into a converged entity and overseeing a successful acquisition. Previous roles also include administrator of ABCom, where a legal merger with Vodafone was executed, and CEO of Vodafone M-Pesa, establishing e-money services in Albania.
