Jeff Duncan

Jeff Duncan is an experienced attorney with a focus on healthcare law, particularly in the senior housing, post-acute, and long-term care sectors. Currently practicing at Ballard Spahr LLP since January 2025, Duncan has also been a presenter and author at various industry conferences since 2015, discussing critical legal issues affecting senior living and long-term care. Prior experience includes serving as a shareholder and attorney at Lane Powell PC, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory compliance, risk management, and defense in civil court. Earlier in their career, Duncan worked at Sussman Shank, LLP, handling a wide range of regulatory and litigation matters for long-term care providers.
