Ethan B. is an accomplished legal and operations professional currently serving as the Director of Legal & Operations at Ballerine since August 2024. With extensive experience in compliance and strategic roles, Ethan previously held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Intelligo Group, where responsibilities included operations, compliance, strategy, and investor relations. As a Charter Member of TechGC, Ethan contributes to a community of General Counsel, sharing knowledge and best practices. Earlier career milestones include roles at Harbor Group as a Senior Analyst and various legal internships that provided foundational experience in corporate law and legal research. Ethan holds an LLB from Bar-Ilan University and studied at The London School of Economics, with an academic background in history from Yeshiva University.
