Prior to Silicon Labs, she held various HR roles in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development. She is passionate about applying agile and design thinking methodologies to deliver value-adding HR programs. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
