With a robust background at Gamesys since April 2013, Alex has held various positions including Talent Strategy Manager and Talent Development Manager, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development. Prior experience includes managing the delivery of digital talent as a Managing Consultant at Monarch Recruitment Ltd. Alex holds a BSc in Economics from Swansea University, a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Certification, and additional qualifications in employment law and recruitment.
