Kathryn Boodon is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching, program coordination, and museum education. Currently serving as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools, Kathryn instructs special education students in English Language Arts and employs effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment. Previous roles include School-Museum-Community Partnership Coordinator and Museum Educator at Bishop Museum, where Kathryn developed educational programs and fostered collaborations between schools and the museum. Additional experience includes serving as an Education Specialist at Pacific Historic Parks and a teacher for the Hawaii State Department of Education, specializing in Hawaiian history and Pacific Island studies. Kathryn holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Secondary Education and Teaching and History from the University of Maryland.
