Ryan Trexler

Ryan Trexler, RIMS-CRMP, currently serves as the Director of Risk Management for Baltimore County Public Schools, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Ryan was the Founder, Independent Consultant, and Contractor at Woody Stiles, LLC, from November 2022 to September 2023, specializing in risk management, safety, and process improvement. Ryan's extensive experience includes a long tenure as Vice President of Risk and Quality at The Y in Central Maryland, where responsibilities included developing quality assurance processes and overseeing incident reporting systems. Additional roles in the YMCA network include Executive Director at YMCA of Metropolitan Washington and Branch Director at Cumberland YMCA, focusing on marketing, public relations, and community development initiatives. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Frostburg State University, graduating cum laude and as part of the Honors Program.
