Jared Tredly

Jared Tredly is an accomplished design recruiter with extensive experience in leading design practices across various companies. Currently serving as a Partner and Design Recruiter at Bamboo Crowd since November 2020, Jared has consistently achieved record-breaking earnings globally, including being recognized for the highest earnings in 2022 and Q1 and Q2 of 2024. Previously, Jared held leadership roles at Salt and Just Digital People, contributing significantly to the growth of design recruitment in NYC and managing a successful design practice. Additionally, Jared founded Blackwaxx&Co, Australia's premier online drum store, and has a strong educational background in Psychology and Business from Griffith University. Jared continues to innovate as a Creator and Host at Design:Unfiltered since February 2024.
