Jon Gardiner

Jon Gardiner is an accomplished software architect with extensive experience in the technology industry. As the Chief Software Architect at BambooHR since 2008, Jon has been instrumental in the company's development since its inception. Prior to this role, Jon operated Gardiner Consulting, specializing in contract work on LAMP-based software stacks. Jon also served as UI Team Lead at Sitoa, overseeing a team of UI developers, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Spark Networks, contributing significantly to the company's growth. Previously, Jon held a similar position at Omniture, where involvement with a small team helped elevate the company during its formative years.
