Javier Alejandro Maica Escudero

Javier Alejandro Maica Escudero is an experienced professional in project management and process improvement, currently serving as Jefe de Control de Desembolsos at BanBif since October 2017. In this role, Javier manages a team responsible for ensuring proper disbursements of loans and focusing on risk reduction. Additional duties include team development, process improvement, and operational risk management.
