Paola Ronzan

Paola Ronzan currently serves as Responsabile Total Reward & Cost Controlling at Banca Ifis since April 2024. Prior to this role, Paola held multiple senior positions at Safilo from August 2011 to April 2024, including Senior Manager Group Compensation & Benefit and HRBP for IMEA and SMITH Europe, and Global HR Compensation & Benefits and Cost Controlling Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing compensation activities, preparing remuneration packages, conducting salary surveys, and supporting the Group Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Earlier experience includes an internship in the financial department at BNL BNP Paribas and a controller role at Gruppo Gemmo. Paola holds a Master's degree in Management from Università Bocconi and an MBA from CUOA Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Padova.
