Oscar Molina Salgado

Oscar Molina Salgado is a professional with a robust background in CRM and marketing strategy, currently serving as the Jefe CRM & Personalization at Banco Falabella Chile since June 2021. In this role, Oscar leads a team focused on the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Prior to this, Oscar contributed as a Campaign Analyst in the same area, where responsibilities included designing direct marketing strategies based on data insights. Earlier experience includes a role at Falabella Financiero, serving as PMO Manager for RPA projects, and a consulting position in project evaluation for Compañía Minera Cerro Negro. Oscar holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering with a diploma in Construction Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
