Randall Chavarria

Randall Chavarria serves as the Gerente de Tecnología de información at Banco Promerica de Costa Rica S.A. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Randall held the position of Gerente de Operaciones de Tecnología Regional at Promerica Financial Corporation from September 2018 to March 2023. Randall's extensive career includes over two decades at Grupo Financiero Improsa, where achievements included the establishment of the Technology area, strategic projects for technology platform implementation, modernization efforts during the Y2K transition, and the development of a medium- and long-term technology plan. Randall Chavarria holds an MBA with a focus on Business Management and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
