Emiliano Silva

Emiliano Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT leadership, agile coaching, and education. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for IT COO at Banco Santander since October 2021, Emiliano also holds professor roles at Ibaktor School of Executive Education, UNIVERSIDAD IBEROAMERICANA TORREÓN, and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Previous positions include Agile Coach at NTT DATA and AXA Partners, as well as Senior Project Manager at Best Day Travel. Emiliano served as President and VP of memberships at PMI Capítulo México from May 2017 to January 2021, and worked as a project and product management consultant. Academically, Emiliano holds an MBA from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Universidad del Valle de México.
