Rob Hough

Rob Hough is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in banking and financial services. Currently serving as a Contractor at Allica Bank since July 2022, Rob supports the Head of Operations in launching a new Debit Card program. Previous roles include Head of Customer Operations at ReAssure and Head of Operations at Greensill Capital, where Rob was instrumental in scaling teams from 13 to over 80 members. Rob also served as Head of Cash Operations at npower and held multiple senior positions at MBNA, overseeing critical operational processes across Risk Operations, Payment Services, and Fraud Management, while achieving key performance indicators and driving transformational change projects.
