Robson Lúcio de Araújo

Robson Lúcio de Araújo, MBA, PSM, currently serves as an Agile Coach at Santander since September 2024, bringing extensive experience in agile methodologies. Previously, Robson held the position of Senior Scrum Master at Philip Morris International and ALTEN Portugal from January 2023 to September 2024 and contributed as a Scrum Master at Prosegur from April 2015 to January 2023, where responsibilities included facilitating scrum ceremonies and promoting the adoption of agile practices for a Global Digital Transformation project. Prior experience includes project management at EY, focusing on IT projects, and roles as a Systems Analyst at Toyota do Brasil, where Robson utilized the Toyota Way philosophy, and as an IT Technician at Protect System and Rota Segurança. Robson holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Escola Politécnica da USP and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André.
