Tânia Bisquer

Tânia Bisquer is an accomplished Agile Coach and IT Program Manager with extensive experience in the field of information technology. Since June 2017, Tânia has been contributing to Banco Votorantim as an Agile Coach and IT Program Manager. Prior to this role, Tânia served as IT Program Manager at Talent Group Ltda from September 2015 to June 2017 and held the position of IT Project Manager at Empower Technologies Ltda from December 2013 to April 2015. Tânia's career began at IBM, where Tânia worked as an IT Project Manager for 14 years from December 1999 to December 2013. Tânia holds a degree in Data Processing, Information Technology from the University of São Paulo, where Tânia studied from 1995 to 1999. Tânia is also recognized as a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
