Shilpa Shankar

Shilpa Shankar is a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer at Bandwidth.com, a position held since August 2017. Previously, Shilpa served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, focusing on Subscriber Data Management products that consolidate and manage cross-domain subscriber data utilizing an in-memory SQL database with SOAP, REST, and Diameter interfaces. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Solution Architect at Nokia Siemens Networks, where Shilpa integrated network management solutions and developed performance and fault management systems for global telecom operators. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, obtained in 2003.
