Imtiaz Mamun

Imtiaz Mamun serves as an Assistant Engineer (Design & Inspection-2) at the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) since July 2017, focusing on the Fenchugonj Combine Cycle Power Plant with a capacity of 180 MW. Previously, Imtiaz worked as an Assistant Engineer in Operation and Maintenance at Shajahanullah Power Generation Co. Ltd, part of the United Group, from June 2012 to January 2015, where responsibilities included operating a B35:40V20AG2 engine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2013, along with a Higher Secondary School Certificate and Secondary School Certificate attained in 2006 and 2004 respectively. Additionally, Imtiaz held the position of Student Representative at CUET from June 2008 to April 2011.
