Marissa Castillo has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Gerente de Auditoría Interna Banca de Empresa e Inversiones at Banistmo since February 2008, where responsibilities include executing scheduled audits and preparing final reports. Previous roles at Banistmo included managing strategic initiatives and financial analyses, as well as serving as Gerente de Finanzas for ALCO. Marissa's career began at The Chase Manhattan Bank and includes positions at Banco General and HSBC Bank (Panama), with a focus on financial reporting, treasury management, and retail banking analysis. Marissa holds an MBA with an emphasis on Business Management and Human Resources from Universidad Latina de Panamá, as well as a degree in Finance from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua.
