Fatima Zahra Benkechikech is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Bank Al-Maghrib since March 2022, Fatima Zahra oversees project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while also facilitating communication and change management. Prior to this, Fatima Zahra held the position of IT Manager at AXA Group Operations from May 2017 to February 2022, focusing on operational efficiency, team leadership, and service quality. Earlier experience includes roles as a System Administrator at HP CDG IT Services Maroc and Assistant Project Manager at Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion. Fatima Zahra holds an engineering degree in computer science from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat, achieved between 2011 and 2014.
